Abstract

In today’s rapidly evolving and unpredictable world, ensuring quality higher education has become a global priority. Implementing standard quality assurance policies is widely recognized as an effective approach to transforming universities into institutions of knowledge, opportunity, impact, and change. While Kabul University has applied quality assurance measures across various levels, limited research exists on their effectiveness. This study examines the impact of these policies through descriptive-analytical research. The findings indicate that the implementation of quality assurance processes has led to fundamental improvements in teaching, learning, and research at Kabul University. Furthermore, this paper discusses the achievements and challenges associated with these policies and provides recommendations for further enhancements that may benefit the university and other institutions.
