Abstract

Educational needs assessment is a regular and meaningful process. Every curriculum designers are required to first identify the needful and then design the curriculum. Higher education professors need reinforcement programs to grow their academic and professional development, but these programs are only possible by advancing the educational needs assessment process. The purpose of this article is to understand the importance and need assessment process in higher education system. Regarding the importance and necessity of the subject, it can be said that professors need educational programs for their professional and scientific progress and upgrading, but this program can be effective in the professional development of a teacher after identifying their educational needs through educational needs assessment methods. This article has been reviewed and analyzed by using internal and external sources in the field of educational needs assessment.
