Abstract

The present article analysis the environment and identifies the factors that affect the activity and performance of the organization. This article is a review and has been discussed by gathering information from reliable scientific sources and has been analysis by descriptive-analytical research method. The findings of this article show that environmental analysis, the process of monitoring the organization's environment, to identify current and future threats and opportunities outside the organization and the process of monitoring the organization's internal environment, which includes factors affecting the organization. Environmental analysis is critical to the survival and success of the organization. Therefore, in formulating the strategy, the organization must constantly collect and analyses environmental factors.
