Abstract

Human resources are the most valuable asset of the organization in today's complex and competitive environment. The level of performance and productivity of organizations depends on empowering its staff. The main purpose of this study was to investigating the relationship between empowerment and performance level of employees in Kabul University. The research method of this study was correlation method. The statistical population of this research was the employees of Kabul University, based on random sampling with a confidence level of 95% and an error rate of 5%, 120 employees were selected as the research sample and the questionnaire was distributed to them. SPSS 24 software was used for data analysis. The findings show that there is a positive and meaningful relationship between empowerment of employees and their level of performance.
