Abstract

Creativity and innovation are considered two key factors in the success of organizations. Creativity refers to the ability to generate new and unique ideas, while innovation is the process of turning these ideas into new products, services, or processes. The aim of this research is to examine and study what creativity and innovation are and how they impact organizational success. This study is both applied and fundamental in terms of its purpose, and it uses a review-based method for data collection, gathering information from books, articles, and research for analysis. The findings of this study indicate that creativity and innovation are not only crucial for the survival of organizations in today's world but also serve as a key strategy for achieving sustainable success. Organizations that rely on these two concepts to adapt to environmental changes have a higher chance of survival and growth. Therefore, it is essential for organizational managers to focus on creativity and innovation in order to achieve their goals and embed these practices into their work processes.
