Abstract
Organizational justice refers to the fair and ethical treatment of individuals within an organization. Justice represents fairness in interpersonal and professional interactions and is considered a fundamental human value essential for realizing human rights. Job satisfaction is a critical factor in employee motivation and commitment, leading to enhanced performance. This study aims to explore the effect of organizational justice on job satisfaction, specifically examining the impact of its three key components: distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice. This research employs a descriptive-correlational methodology. The findings reveal that organizational justice has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Moreover, a just organizational environment fosters employee engagement, facilitates organizational growth, and enhances overall productivity.
